It's possible to ease painful emotions and grief, no matter how long ago it happened.
It's a series of online "tap-along" videos, which you can watch from the comfort of your own home. You will be supported by someone who's been through it, and who can help you to feel better, gently and easily.

How the Miscarriage Support Program works...
The Program consists of 16 "tap-along" videos, each one addressing a different aspect of recovering emotionally after miscarriages.
These "tap-along videos use EFT
(Emotional Freedom Techniques) which is a powerful and effective self-help tool.*
All you have to do is watch the videos and copy me, tapping on your head and hands in the places that I do.
(I know that if you're unfamiliar with "tapping" this might sound really strange! - but it's very effective, and it does work.)
The Miscarriage Support Program is simple, safe and easy to use. You can "tap-along" with me from the comfort and privacy of your own home, any time that's convenient for you.
